I have not stayed at a Best Western in years and this one was AWESOME! All the staff are sweet and very helpful! We were in a king suite and it was HUGE with a separate living room and 2 tv's. I believe it said the king suites are 350 sq feet. The breakfast was superb! They have a farm fresh yogurt machine with topping like granola, chocolate chips or fresh fruit. They have bacon, sausage links, biscuits & gravy, eggs and fresh fruits. They have a waffle machine, pastries, 4 kinds of cold cereals and juices. They have a Cappuccino machine that makes several flavored coffees and hot chocolate. The Black Bear bar and grill is located on site and has really good bar food and drinks.

I am very comfortable staying at Beat Western conference in Eau Claire .I always stay there when I’m visiting my son. He goes to the University of Eau Claire. However, the scent of pets was not a Pleasant odor! It Flared up my cousin allergy. In addition to, there needs to be a better variety of TV channels such a Netflix app which you are using your own password or at least HMO. Overall it was a good stay!

Snagged last suite as we were heading through town, fit my family of 5 perfectly. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool was decent size & we had pool to ourselves in the evening.

For the purpose of our trip, the location was perfect. Easy to get to, easy access to the medical clinic & hospital we had appointments with. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast items were good, staff was friendly, facility was clean.

Quiet room- didn't hear the neighbors or outside noise. Felt like the room was very private. Cleaning staff was exceptionally friendly. Loved the option of the little bar and grill- good food. Stellar continental breakfast- people restocking the breakfast bar were so nice and helpful!

Pleasantly surprised that the bar and grill were so great - and in the building! Enjoyed pool and hot tub - also the patio just outside of the pool and hot tub area; breakfast, spaciousness of the room and friendliness of the staff. Everything we needed was under one roof. The room also felt private and quiet, even though it was a busy time. Each of the five in our party would definitely recommend staying here.

Location is fantastic for easy access to the interstate. We come to your hotel to attend Rock Fest every July and will continue to do so as long as it's not overbooked.

Size of the room was very nice. Plenty of pillows ,towels and places to get comfortable. The coffee in the breakfast area was awesome.
